We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including event planning, fundraising, and community outreach. No matter your skillset, we have a place for you to make a difference.
We ask parents of interested youth to complete a Parent Consent Form (this is a requirement to keep our children safe and parents aprised).
Namaste! My name is Anika Pandey, and I am currently a sophomore at Ravenwood High School. I’ve been a volunteer and part of IAN since 2023, and I’ve truly enjoyed seeing it grow! I’m currently serving as the Youth Committee Executive Coordinator.
My name is Darsh Singh, and I am a freshman at Ravenwood High School. I joined the IAN Youth Committee because I want to contribute to my community while staying connected to my culture. I also enjoy volunteering at events such as the IAN India Day Parade, which I find both meaningful and fun.
I am active in some clubs in school such as MUN, YIG, Speech and Debate, & Science Olympiad. Some of my hobbies include playing the flute, playing badminton and exploring photography.

India Association of Nashville, TN is a non profit 501C3 organization (Established 1962) representing the Indian-American community in the Nashville, TN area. Since its inception India Association of Nashville(IAN) has been playing an important role in bringing the Indian community in Nashville together to celebrate India’s festivals and special occasions. IAN has been able to accomplish this feat because of the dedication and hard work of it’s volunteer officers and continued enthusiastic support from the Indian and Non-Indian community in the Nashville area.
