CHECK IN PROCEDURE
- Start with your First Name - Most likely we have your name in the list
- If not found, please say the name of the person who purchased on your behalf
- We will present you with your wristband and the table number
- Please be patient while checking in, we will do our best for smooth check in with your help.
- Park freely anywhere at the venue, its included in your event ticket.
- Enjoy the evening - thank you!

Everyone 5 and above will need to purchase a ticket.
Your payment will be recorded under your name and email. No Physical ticket will be issued, but at the check-in we will check your name and issue your wrist-band. Everyone needs a wrist band to enter.
- Doors will open at 5:00 PM.
- Red Carpet welcome with a professional photo taken at the reception. (5-6:30 only)
- Heavy Snacks will be served from 5:00 till 6:30 during the meet and greet.
- Alcohol served at the bar on payment (Credit & Debit cards only). No Cash, No Venmo, No Zelle or any other mode of payment accepted for payment.
- Grand Buffet will open 8PM - 9PM
- Celebrity EmCee and singers and whole entertainment team take over the stage at 7
- 'Raffle and other games to be played throughout the event.
- Dance floor opens at rigth after dinner ~9PM.
- Wrap up MIDNIGHT
Seats are limited due to capacity. In the past, tickets were sold out and there were no more to buy at the location. Early Bird promotion is the best time to secure. Later depends on the availability.
