LAST DAY SCHEDULE (9/21/Sunday)

All 8’s - 8 Teams, 8 Players per team and 8 overs per side/game

Format of IAN Men’s 8’s Cup will be 8 Teams competing in 8 overs/side per game format. Soft taped Tennis balls will be used, and the games will be held in local Nashville Cricket grounds in Astro Turf wickets. Men of age 40+ can take part in this tournament and should not be part of any Nashville Cricket teams that play in the local 20 over leagues or local short form tournaments and only residents of Nashville can play in the teams.

Format of IAN Women’s 8’s Cup will be 8 teams competing in 8 overs/side per game format. Soft taped Tennis balls will be used, and the games will be held in local Nashville Cricket grounds in Astro Turf wickets. Women of all ages can take part in this tournament. 

Playing Conditions 

• All players must wear colored uniforms. 
• If the innings have reduced overs, maximum overs per bowler will be decided by the umpires. 
• There is no LBW in this IAN tournament and therefore no Leg Byes. 
• Byes – There will be byes and follow ICC rules 
• Wide Balls: ICC rules will be followed. 
• No ball: ICC rules will be followed unless otherwise stated. Any ball (from the pace or slow bowlers) above the waist height of the striker at the crease will be called a no-ball. 
• Bouncer: Only one bouncer above the shoulder height of a striker standing upright will be allowed, and the second bouncer will be called no-ball
